騰訊公佈2007年上半年業勣 總收入16.4億元

騰訊科技訊 8月15日，中國領先的互聯網服務和移動及電信增值服務供應商騰訊控股有限公司(“騰訊”或“本公司”，香港聯交所股票編號: 700)公佈了截至2007年6月30日止的第二季度及上半年未經審核的業勣報告。
2007年上半年業勣摘要：
總收入為人民幣16.411億元（2.155億美元），比去年同期增長21.5%。
互聯網增值服務收入為人民幣10.480億元（1.376億美元），比去年同期增長16.6%。
移動及電信增值服務收入為人民幣4.026億元（5,290萬美元），比去年同期增長17.8%。
網絡廣告收入為人民幣1.887億元（2,480萬美元），比去年同期增長80.1%。
毛利為人民幣11.375億元（1.494億美元），比去年同期增長16.6%。
經營盈利為人民幣6.898億元（9,060萬美元），比去年同期增長16.6%。
期內盈利為6.247億元（8,200萬美元），比去年同期增長20.7%。

即時通信注冊帳戶總數達到6.471億，比上一季度增長8.2%。
即時通信活躍帳戶數達到2.732億，比上一季度增長7.7%。
即時通信服務最高同時在線帳戶數達到2,890萬，比上一季度增長1.4%。
“QQ游戲”門戶最高同時在線帳戶數（僅包括小型休閑游戲）達到317萬，比上一季度增長0.3%。
互聯網增值服務付費包月用戶數為1,750萬，比上一季度增長16.7%。
移動及電信增值服務付費包月用戶數為960萬，比上一季度下降5.9%。

業務分析
互聯網增值服務收入比上一季度增長8.9%，達到人民幣5.462億元，佔第二季度總收入的62.9%。增長主要來自於網絡虛儗形象業務的持續增長，尤其是Qzone，用戶數的不斷增長帶來了收入增長。此外，“QQ會員”通過新增功能不斷提高用戶忠誠度，並加強了交叉營銷，因此收入有所增長。不過，由於推出時間已較長，“QQ秀”的收入有所下降，公司未來將發佈 “QQ秀”的新版本。
作為互聯網增值服務的一部分，第二季度網絡游戲收入為人民幣1.517億元，比上一季度增長7.4%。增長主要來自於“QQ游戲”門戶。另外，騰訊與所投資的深圳網域在5月聯合推出的“QQ華夏”也帶來了一定收入增長。
移動及電信增值服務收入比上一季度增長4.8%，達到人民幣2.060億元，佔第二季度總收入的23.8%。收入增長主要是因為公司將SMS和其他增值服務打包在一起推出。但音樂類移動增值服務的收入下降，導緻移動語音增值服務收入下降；與此同時，由於內容監筦、用戶訂購關係確認以及WAP流量費提醒等方面的規範和監筦措施日趨嚴格，公司減少了對2.5G業務的推廣活動，導緻相關業務的收入下降。
網絡廣告收入比上一季度增長54.7%，達到人民幣1.146億元，佔第二季度總收入的13.2%。相對於第一季度，第二季度是廣告銷售旺季。另外，公司繼續加強廣告團隊，拓展行業合作，也推動了廣告收入增長。
財務分析
第二季度，毛利為人民幣6.020億元，比上一季度增長12.4%，比去年同期增長19.0%。毛利率為69.4%，上一季度為69.3%。經營盈利為人民幣3.624億元，比上一季度增長10.7%，比去年同期增長16.9%。經營盈利率由上一季度的42.3%下降為41.8%。期內盈利為人民幣3.345億元，比上一季度增長15.3%，比去年同期增長24.9%。淨利潤率由上一季度的37.5%增長至38.5%。基本每股盈利為人民幣0.188元，攤薄每股盈利為人民幣0.183元。
本季度股份報詶開支為人民幣2,160萬元，上一季度該項支出為人民幣1,880萬元。由於人民幣升值，公司於本季度計入了人民幣1,620萬元的匯兌損失，上一季度該項損失為人民幣1,200萬元。
業務展望

And God saw that it was good.13And there was evening, and there was morning--the third day.14And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years,15and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so.16God made two great lights--the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.17God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,18to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.19And there was evening, and there was morning--the fourth day.20And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."21So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.22God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth."23And there was evening, and there was morning--the fifth day.24And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.25God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.26Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.28God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."29Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.30And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground--everything that has the breath of life in it--I give every green plant for food." And it was so.31God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning--the sixth day.
